Pranay Pratap Singh Urges Swift Municipal Action for Solani Park Restoration

सोलानी पार्क के जीर्णोद्धार हेतु नगर निगम से त्वरित कार्रवाई की मांग: प्रणय प्रताप सिंह

Following voluntary citizen cleanliness drives at Solani Park, Pranay Pratap Singh submitted a comprehensive representation demanding high-mast lighting and permanent maintenance personnel.

Roorkee: General Secretary of the Uttarakhand Youth Congress and UKPCC State Secretary, Pranay Pratap Singh, has urged municipal authorities to take urgent, systematic steps to restore Solani Park to its rightful state as Roorkee's foremost civic and recreational asset.

Speaking after a community inspection alongside morning walkers and youth volunteers, Pranay noted that while voluntary cleanliness drives have cleared major path blockages, long-term civic upkeep requires institutional support, including solar lighting, continuous security surveillance, and repairing broken perimeter walls.

'Solani Park belongs to every child, senior citizen, and resident of Roorkee. We cannot permit our green lungs to decay into neglected wasteland. Our youth team remains committed to this cause until full restoration is achieved,' stated Pranay.
